You arrive at your destination and park your car on the street. Your passenger gets out of the car and you get ready for a wait of 15 to 30 minutes in your car. The winter chill outside advises you not to shut off your car if you want to keep yourself warm. You have been waiting for a while and now you only hear the sound of your car engine running.
